Experience Across Disciplines

design process

  • A comprehensive clarity brief breaks down problems into bite sized, measurable schematics across the consumer journey, category landscape, relevant trends and brand constraints. Design principles are developed to distill the visual pillars that make the brand unique. This step ensures all stakeholders are walking toward the same defined goal using rough visuals to outline parameters. The Clarity Brief is the foundation of the best projects, improving productivity and revisions along the way.

  • Lauren’s approach to inspiration is both personal and collaborative. When necessary immersive co-creation sessions are hosted to garner excitement and alignment cross-functionally. Building a team based on psychological safety and trust ensures the project flows smoothly even when you hit unexpected bumps.

  • With the clarity brief as a guide, design concepts are deeply rooted in consumer data and design principles to ensure we are solving for both brand and consumer needs, not subjective feelings. Utilizing GenAI where necessary to move further, faster.

  • Feedback is imperative to any successful concept. Getting design work in front of key stakeholders ensures you are moving down the right path and reduces revisions in the 11th hour. Similarly, working closely with the consumer insights team, as building bespoke research questionnaires tied to the applicable stimuli results in the best consumer feedback.

  • Physical mock ups and prototypes are key for design validation like CMF and scale, but also for selling in concepts to key stakeholders.
